This bedtime routine will help.

You see,

you may currently be trapped in your current reality by that I mean you may feel you’re stuck in a rut that you keep manifesting the same old and you are sick of tired of doing the same things over and over and end up getting the same result.

You want to manifest more happiness,

yeah, this may take the form of more money, freedom, more meaningful relationships.

but beneath it all, you just want to be happier,

well fear not, I’m Jason and I help people manifest more fulfillment in there lives and in this post, I am going to break down one change that you can do on a night that will allow manifesting more happiness in your life.

you see it’s important to understand that your current reality is a direct reflection of your subconscious mind,

it’s like a mirror.

You have two parts to your mind,

You have a conscious mind and the subconscious mind.

Your conscious mind is your thinking mind, here is what you use daily, to make decisions, and interact with the outer world.

But you may not know is, it is your subconscious mind that governs your entire life, your subconscious runs your automatic programs, it controls your thoughts, your emotions, and your success and failures in life.

When you reprogramme your subconscious mind to attract your desire to you.

Then your desire will appear on the outside.

This is why visualization works so well, your subconscious mind can’t tell the difference!

But here is the problem,

Throughout the day, your alert, your thinking, your busy interacting in the everyday world, and so the subconscious mind is silently guiding and controlling your life based on the programming installed.

For example, if you have subconscious beliefs that you think you are unworthy, then you will hold yourself back from achieving, as you will feel you will get rejected or fail.

This is why it is crucial to make sure your subconscious mind has the right programs so that your subconscious mind can guide you to prosperity.

Now even though throughout the day it is difficult to access the subconscious mind, at night it is surprisingly easy.

You see as your drifting off, your conscious mind begins to slow down as you prepare to go to sleep.

And it is at this time when you can access the subconscious mind, change the programs and attract a better life.

The method is quite simple,

Simply write your desires down, in the present.

Such as

I am happy and grateful that I live in a beautiful home thank you.

Read your desires three times,

They simply lay down, visualize having your desires, and match the feeling of having it now, while you go to sleep.

When you do this, you are directly accessing the subconscious mind, and when you repeat this daily. You will start to be guided to your desires that you wrote down.

It really is that simple,

Now for best results with the method, while you are reading and visualizing, you want to place your hand on your heart.

As your heart has been found to be 7000 times more powerful than the mind, and when you sync your mind and your heart together, you have much more power in attracting your desires to you.

So In summary, this is what you need to do tonight before you go to sleep:

Step three: at night before you go to sleep, read the worksheet, three times.

Step four: lay down, place your hand over your heart and appreciate having your desires.

Step five: visualize your desires, for the next five minutes,

Step six: while you go to sleep, feel the feelings of having it now. Until you fall asleep.
