How to manifest your desires with the 55 x 5 method

Have you heard of the new law of attraction craze?

You grab a notepad and you write down what you want 55 times a day for five days and, then by magic you manifest your desires.

But is it magic?

The rumor is that ancients civilizations used to do and it just got lost throughout the ages.

But how does it work?

What really happens?

Well, it’s got a lot to do with your subconscious mind.

You see you don’t attract back your wishes or desires.

You attract the essence of who are.

Your subconscious beliefs and identity, that has been formed from when you were born.

Just to make sense of the world really,

This creates your energy field, your vibration and that’s what you get back.

But as you know, if you have limiting beliefs, the ‘I am always poor’, ‘I am a screw up‘ and so forth,

You actually attract all the circumstances and events that support that belief, your reality is filtered by these beliefs,

So that all you see is a reflection of your subconscious beliefs.

Reinforcing them.

to manifest the bigger stuff you will want to get your subconscious mind to manifest for you to do for you.

which is where the 55×5 method comes in.

Now you can communicate with the subconscious mind with Writing.

Think of free writing, where at the first thing in the morning and last thing at night you just write about anything that comes to mind, you will realize that your writing out a lot of subconscious thoughts.

When you write, you are using your creative side and accessing the subconscious mind.

Which is why when you write something down you are more likely to remember it.

Because you have imprinted that writing onto your subconscious and conscious mind.

When you write you are accessing your creative side, your subconscious mind.

And when you write down the same positive statement with emotion and repetition you are influencing the subconscious mind.

And when you’re doing this your programming new beliefs and thought programs and create your new reality.

What to know how to do it for yourself?

Let’s begin.

Step one

Grab a refillable notepad and a pen or pencil

Step two

Think of one desire and write it down in the present.


I am happy and grateful for making $5000 this month

Step three

Number each line in the notepad from 1- 55, so you have 1-55 going down the page.

Step four

Write that statement out by hand so you access your creative side, 55 times. Feel grateful as if you already have it.

It’s important you don’t see this as a wishing exercise, believe that when you write that it has already happened.

And appreciate it.

Step five

Repeat this either in the morning and evening for the next 5 days.

The reason you have to do it at these times is that you are more likely to access the subconscious mind during these times.

As at these times of the day you start to sink into the theta frequency,  the back door to the subconscious mind.
