5 ways to hack the subconscious mind to manifest your desires.

The subconscious mind is a mysterious subject. That part of our mind that we are not consciously aware that seems to pull the strings as if we were a mere puppet on its string. That part of us that filters reality so that we see what we want to see. 

That part that controls our body language our emotions our interactions. 

The subconscious mind truly runs the show. 

Depending on the programming you are either doomed to be a failure or chosen to be a roaring success it just depends on how you reprogramme the subconscious mind. 

Below are the top five ways to start to reprogramme the subconscious mind for success. 

So let’s begin with number one 


By far the most popular one is reaffirming positive statements about your self so that it sinks into your subconscious so that it starts making those affirmations a reality. 

The most popular way of doing affirmations is to stand in front of a mirror and say the affirmations to your self. 

And even though this can be beneficial, there is a big problem 

You might not fundamentally believe in the affirmations and so you will be self-sabotaging the process. 

Rather it is better to say positive affirmations that you have evidence for such as if you want to affirm that you are successful simply affirm all the times that you succeeded such as 

 I am succeeding more and more just like I did when XXXX ( fill in the blank) 

Your beliefs work on evidence.

For example, if you failed math in school then you may now believe that you are bad at math. 

When you start saying affirmations that you have evidence for you starting changing your beliefs and your reality. 


Of course, the best time to do affirmations is just before you are about to fall asleep as your conscious mind is getting more relaxed and you start going into that dream-like state known as theta. 

In this state, you can directly access the subconscious mind and tell it those affirmations that you have evidence for. Make sure to keep this up for about 30 days as it can take a few days for the affirmation to sink in. 

As well as affirmations, Neville Goddard mentions in his book’ feeling is the secret’ to frequently visualize with emotion your desire just before you fall asleep and once this enters the subconscious mind it will start to manifest into your life, even if it has to guide you to it.

Subliminals are great because it is messages that bypass the reasoning mind of the conscious mind and goes straight to the subconscious mind so can start to influence it with affirmations such as 

‘ I am making more money each day’ as you start to suggest to your subconscious mind that you are making more money each day then your subconscious will start to guide you to make more money. 

Subliminals are very popular there are various kinds but the most popular is audio as well as subliminal software for computers. With the audio subliminal, subliminal affirmations are played in the background of a masked track. 

So when you listen to the track all you hear is nature sounds but behind the scenes, your subconscious mind is picking up the affirmations.

When your mind begins to wonder you just bring it back to the present. 

At first, it can be a bit tricky but with practice, you will get the hang of it. 

When you have bridged the gap you will find you can concentrate a lot easier and stay focused a lot more as well as this you will find that you will start to naturally focus on the present more. You will start to worry less and have less anxiety about the future.
