  1. Get clear on who you want

The first step is to get clear on who you want to attract into your life. Do you want to get an idea of what kind of person they are, what sore of things they like?

What do they value in life?

Simply write down what kind of person you want to attract into your life. Outline what they will look like so that your reticular activation system can get to work and show you people who look like the person you want to attract.

  1. Believe and expect they will come into your life

The second step is to believe and expect they will come into your life. Your beliefs tend to turn into self-fulfilling prophecies.

You may already have subconscious beliefs that stop your soulmate from coming to you. Beliefs that you are not good enough or that it is hard to find someone will sabotage your efforts in finding someone.

When you believe and expect them to come into your life, you’re creating new beliefs. The thing about your beliefs is that they seek out evidence to confirm what you believe.

So sure enough life will start to align potential partners that will match that new belief system.

  1. Forgive the past

In order to move on to a more fulfilling relationship, you will need to move on mentally as well as physically.

If you have been hurt in the past you will need to let it go so that you don’t recreate the past. Even though you may not want to, you should forgive people who mistreat you so that you don’t suffer resentment or anger.

These are powerful emotions that will sabotage your efforts in finding someone new. This is because if you associate relationships and commitment with pain, your ego and your subconscious mind will do everything it can to make you avoid relationships in order to protect you from further pain.

Instead, just forgive them and release all the negative emotion.

  1. Make room

Make room in your home when they arrive. Declutter your home, make room for your partner’s clothes in the wardrobe. Make room on their nightstand.

Get your home ready for your new soul mate even if you don’t want to live with them straight away. When your making room you’re sending a signal that you expect someone to come into your life. When you see the empty spaces imagine your soulmates belongings being there.

It has also been proven that when you declutter your physical environment it also helps you declutter your mind as well. Allowing you to have more clarity in your life.

  1. Be more social

To attract your soulmate you need to get out more and meet new people. The more people you meet the bigger chance you have of finding someone.

Think of activities that you think you would both enjoy and do those things, chances are if you are both doing the same activity then you will already have something in common that you can connect on.

When you truly appreciate everything in your life, you can’t help but feel happier, you will naturally be more positive and you will find more things to appreciate in life.

People are drawn to positive energy, it is contagious we naturally want to be around positive people all the time so that we can feel uplifted and happy. Become a beacon for positivity. Appreciate your life!

  1. Live in the moment

We spend so much of our time going over negative events in our past or worrying about possible scenarios in the future that we don’t stop to appreciate what is happening in the present.

When we focus on the negative events in the past, the subconscious mind can’t work out if it is happening again. So it sends the same corresponding emotion and your body becomes stressed like the event is happening all over again it’s the same when you worry about the future.

You know deep down that worrying and stressing doesn’t help. So live in the moment and be more carefree.

  1. Love yourself

In order to attract more love in your life, you have got to love yourself first.  You have got to accept yourself for who you are.

When you love the person that you are you will radiate love to everyone that you come across, you will naturally treat people better and treat yourself better.

You will meet better partners who will love you for who are. That law of attraction states that like attracts like. So in order to attract a loving partner, you first accept yourself and love yourself for who you are.

  1. Most of all just be happy.

The biggest thing to take away from my post is to be happier. Don’t expect other people to make you happy. Come to know that, only you can do that you-you are responsible for your own happiness.
