30 day gratitude challenge to make the law of attraction work for you.

You see challenges everywhere, the cinnamon challenge the ice bucket challenges the infamous tripod challenge.

But there is one challenge that has been proven again and again to transform a person in such a way that their outlook, circumstances, events, their entire life begins to change with just one simple mental tweak.

These people consciously change their focus to that of appreciation.

I call it the ‘gratitude challenge’

Yeah I just named it, it may not be original but I feel everyone should do this gratitude challenge as the effects can be phenomenal….

  • First You will be happier when you do the gratitude challenge you’re changing your outlook, you don’t dwell on the negative, you don’t feel stressed and overwhelmed at life. You feel more in control and feel more positive.
  • Your relationships will improve, you will start to appreciate everyone in your life, and you are going to notice that people in your life will start appreciating you more and will do more things for you.
  • Your career will improve, you’re going to notice that you will serve customers and clients better, your managers will notice you more, you will achieve more and you will be more likely to be rewarded and even promoted.
  • You will earn more money, you will start to think outside the box, ideas and inspiration will come to you that will help you pursue your business or money goals that you may have.
  • You will get more of what you want, bottom line you will get more of what you want, life will just go together and start lining up to get you more of what you want. When you do the gratitude challenge you are using the law of attraction to design your life any way you see fit.

How to do it.

Okay, let’s get down to it, how do you actually do the gratitude challenge? Well, it is simple enough, use your phone or watch and set an alarm to go off every 30 minutes.

When the alarm goes off a simple beep will do, monitor your thoughts, and how you feel. Monitor how you thought and felt in the last 30 minutes.

Then in the next 30 minutes ( until the next beep) appreciate what it is your doing. If your out with friends, appreciate that they want to spend time with you.

If your working, be grateful for having a job. Even if you hate it. if it helps, be grateful for having a job that you will love, this will motivate you to pursue that career goal. 

If your not enjoying life, spend the next 30 minutes imagining what you want your life to be like, imagine what the next perfect 30 minutes would be like and appreciate already having that.

By the law of attraction, you will start to attract all the people, events, circumstances and ideas to make that happen!

When the beep goes off again, just go with the flow and think and feel how you want. Until you hear the next beep.

At the end of the day, journal about what your day was like. And notice how life just mysteriously seems to get better.

You see when you use gratitude, you’re changing your focus, your reticular action system will get to work and find you more things to be grateful for.

You will be more positive, you will have more energy and momentum, people will start to notice you, you will be more charismatic and be more magnetic.

Deep down you will already know this, ever met an optimistic person who just loves life? You just what to be around them all day because they make you feel more positive.

The power of gratitude is really that possible

Its so simple and easy but the smallest things tend to have the biggest effects.
